Purchasing policy

Availability of items

Items are usually available in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on inventory and updates from our manufacturing partners. The articles presented on the lovaco.ca site are subject to change. Despite our efforts to display an up-to-date inventory, it is possible that some items appearing on lovaco.ca are available in a period longer than 1 to 3 weeks. In this case, our team will contact you quickly to inform you of the options available to you.

Returns of a defective or damaged item

Is the item defective or arrived damaged? It will be our pleasure to assist you in resolving the situation, by proceeding to an exchange. Simply notify our customer service by email at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. A member of our team will follow up with you. We take care to pack your items to avoid any damage during transport. Please keep the tags and return your item in its original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or returned without its original packaging by the customer will be refused.

Product warranty

Items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. You must have valid proof of purchase for the item. Warranty is void after resale. The warranty applies to standard household use and is warranted under normal service conditions from the date of purchase. Upon determination of the warranty defect, LOVACO reserves the right to replace or repair the product at its sole discretion. The decision will be based on the product itself, the level of damage and the feasibility of an appropriate repair. The integrity of our items will remain intact over time provided they are used appropriately. Improper care or use, improper storage, accident, abuse, neglect, commercial use or rental will void the warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage due to improper cleaning, upholstery care or misuse of recommended cleaning products.

In order to respect this mission and to avoid restocking costs, we take care to offer you tools such as samples, swatches and information, as well as free and personalized support such as a product selection service so that you can carry out your development and/or decoration project in good confidence. You can also opt for our interior design services for small or large projects, for residential and commercial.

Items exchangeable before reception at LOVACO

We understand that you may change your mind. Simply notify our customer service department by email at [email protected] within 2 days of confirming your order to avoid restocking fees at our manufacturing partner. A member of our team will follow up with you to modify your order with ease.

Non-exchangeable: Cushions, bedding, plants, demonstrator models as well as items reduced to 20% or more, or with the label “final sale” are non-exchangeable.

Items exchangeable before reception at the customer’s location

Depending on the item, restocking fees at our manufacturing partners as well as shipping costs may apply to an exchange. Depending on the weight and size, restocking fees can vary between 10% and 20% on the initial sale price.

Non-exchangeable: Cushions, bedding, plants, demonstrator models as well as items reduced to 20% or more, or with the label “final sale” are non-exchangeable.

Items exchangeable after reception at the customer’s location

Depending on the item, restocking fees at our manufacturing partners as well as shipping costs may apply to an exchange. Depending on the weight and size, restocking fees can vary between 15% and 20% on the initial sale price. We take care to pack your items to avoid any damage during transport. Please keep the tags and return your item in its original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or returned without its original packaging by the customer will be refused.
